Its utilization of EPS (expandable polystyrene) contributes to its remarkably low weight with extremely high safety standards (meets the latest FIA 8860-2018 approval). The 8860 ST5F variant, equipped with a FIA 3mm long visor and partially fitted electronics, is particularly suited for Formula racing applications requiring radio communication.
